Online Counselling

At Mindful Steps, I provide online counselling services to help you manage and overcome a wide range of mental health issues. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, which is why I offer flexible appointment times and affordable rates. .

Experience

Over the years I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, addiction rehabilitation centers, and schools. This has equipped me with experience working with stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, OCD, ADHD, relational issues, life adjustments, addictions, trauma, and personality disorders.

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, which means that I work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Therapy here is compassionate, non-judgmental, and dedicated to helping you achieve your full potential.

Using a person-centered, integrative approach means that I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques which I draw on in our work together, to provide you with the support that is right for you. The foundation of my work is psychodynamic and CBT, bringing together talk therapy and evidence-based practices.
