Free neurodiverse support group for adults. Anyone who recognizes themselves as neurospicy (whether that's autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or any of the many other forms of neurodiversity) you are welcome.
At Mindful Steps, I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care. That's why I offer a range of evidence-based therapies designed to meet your unique needs. Our services include counselling, psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and CBT. Whether you're struggling with specific mental health issues, a general sense that something is wrong, or a desire for personal growth, there is hope.

The neurodiverse support group is a place for individuals with any form of neurodiversity (private client or not) to connect with others online, to talk about common experiences, explore tools, and remember that we are not alone.
